L&M was founded by William Lester and William Munce in 1989. The company has since continued to help individuals and families all over Orange County and Long Beach. Our team specializes in both commercial and residential properties of 4 units or less, providing multiple services which include the daily management of real estate operations, maintenance services, rent collections, full-service accounting, and monthly and annual accounting reports, project management, property leasing, and projected expense budgeting. 

L&M strives to help individuals and multi-generational families with the management of their real estate.
